On October 17 at roughly 12 o’clock, there were reports of a male, non-student inside Central’s building with a gun. He was let inside by a student, and entered through door 13N on the third floor. He made a U, exiting the other side of the floor. Students in A lunch were kept inside the cafeteria to ensure their safety, and many called their parents and went home. It has since been confirmed that there was no real threat, and that the gun was not a gun at all, but a blowtorch. From the beginning, admin, security, and other staff members were clearing the building and making sure that there was no danger to students.
