Enjoy Breakfast While Practicing Conversational French

Laura Rairdin Hale, Writer

Café et Conversation is a club that gets together every other Wednesday before school from 8:00am until 8:30am. This club serves free French (and some American) breakfast foods and coffee. Conversation is encouraged, so you are welcome to invite friends to talk to while you are there. Learning French is a major aspect of the group, it is mainly advertised to people enrolled in French classes. Madame Lefebvre and Mademoiselle Cox are the leaders of this club, if you want to join Café et Conversation you will need to get a hall pass from one of them to be allowed to enter the building before school hours. The club plans to take a trip to Chicago to go to the Chicago Art Institute later in the school year, be sure to keep up with more information about it on Blackhawknews.com as the trip approaches.
